RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Items purchased on colleenallen.com are eligible for return provided they are returned within 14 days of the item's delivery date and must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All final sale purchases are considered complete at the time of checkout. Made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
ITEM CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following requirements:
Items that arrive back worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags will not be accepted. If your return does not meet the conditions, the item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense and your return request will be denied. Rejected items will be returned to you at your expense.
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of COLLEEN ALLEN Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied.
US RETURNS
To initiate a domestic return, please visit our RETURNS PORTAL to access and print your pre-paid return label. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery date. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for handling and processing.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
To initiate an international return, please visit our RETURNS PORTAL to print your return label. Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs. Detailed instructions will be provided through the returns portal. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for handling and processing.
EU RETURNS:
The EU law gives you the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of delivery. To submit your withdrawal request for a fulfilled order, please fill out this form.
EXCHANGES
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery date. Should you miss this 14 day window we offer complimentary item exchanges or store credit, within 21 days of your delivery date.
