RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Items purchased on colleenallen.com are eligible for return provided they are returned within 7 days of the item's delivery date and must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

All returns and exchanges are handled through our secure online returns portal. To begin, visit the Returns & Exchanges link on our website and follow the prompts. You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of your delivery date. Should you miss this 7 day window we offer complimentary item exchanges or store credit, within 14 days of your delivery date.

 

EXCHANGES

Should you choose to exchange for a different size or a different style, submit your request within 14 days and we'll provide a complimentary prepaid return label.

 

STANDARD RETURNS

• Return window: Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery via our online returns portal.
• Restocking fee: A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for handling and processing.
• Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
• Packaging: Please pack items securely in the original packaging or an equivalent sturdy box.
• Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
• International orders: Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs. Detailed instructions will be provided through the returns portal.

Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied.

 

ITEM CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following requirements:

• Unworn and unwashed, in original condition
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Securely packed to prevent damage in transit

Items that arrive back worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags will not be accepted. If your return does not meet the conditions, the item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense and your return request will be denied. Rejected items will be returned to you at your expense.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES

You may cancel your order or update your delivery address within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us at orders@colleenallen.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All final sale purchases are considered complete at the time of checkout.
